I got to know some of
Carla Klein's paintings when they were in a show at the
Harn Museum of Art, Vanishing Points: Paint and Paintings curated by Kerry Oliver Smith. They had a reductive simplicity and relationship to the land that seems alien to Florida. I was happy this Dutch artists palette opening up in her new show at
Tanya Bonakdar.
