Roy Lichtenstein created
Greene Street Mural in 1983. The site-specific temporary wall painting (18' × 96ft) was created at the Castelli Gallery at 142 Greene Street and was destroyed after the exhibition ended.
Gagosian has created a full-scale replica of the original work which will also be destroyed after the exhibition.
